How do I make the payment from overseas?
With Batasari’s convenient transfer services, one can make payments for the tour package cost directly with a credit card OR by overseas bank wire transfer using the above-mentioned Swift Code. Any payment fees charged by the bank must be met by the people traveling. We will confirm your reservation after we get the payments into our bank account.
How do I book the tour online?
You can book the tour by simply visiting the website, and selecting the tour package of your choice. For any further details, contact us
How many documents are required for online tickets?
Please keep in mind that, in addition to proper photo identification, the following additional conditions apply to credit/debit card reservations. Failure to do so, for any reason, would result in Batasari Travels denying the passenger(s) boarding rights.
Credit and debit cards in India: At the time of boarding / utilizing the services, customers must produce the credit/debit card OR a photocopy of the credit/debit card properly signed by the person who holds the card used for payment for the booking.
For Non-Indians/International Travellers: Passengers must show the credit/debit card or a photocopy of the credit/debit card legally signed by the cardholder used to pay for the booking, as well as a photocopy of their passport and Visa, before flying or using those amenities.
How do I book a tour for someone else?
If you want to reserve a trip for another person, just type his or her name for the passenger’s name instead of yours. As a default, your profile data (e.g., name, address, contact details, etc.) will be used. You can still type over the relevant fields and update them with the traveler’s information.
Are the tour prices shown on batasari.co.in applicable to all?
Indeed, but INR pricing applies only to people of Indian states, whereas overseas fares apply to both immigrants and Indian citizens.
How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Before you book, batasari.co.in will show you the booking progress online. We will give you a confirmation email as soon as we get payment confirmation, which will include the ticket, passenger details, and pricing. You can additionally confirm your reservation online by logging in to our website with your username and password.
What if I need to change my seating arrangements?
If you would like to make changes to your seating choices for an upcoming trip, please send us an email or call us. We will let you know if the requested adjustments in seating arrangement are doable or not, based on the nature of your request and seat availability.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
If a traveller has to postpone the trip for whatever reason, he or she must provide a written request, together with the original receipt provided by the operator. Such cancellations will result in fees for cancellation.
